struggling just as cook’s or g.p. as oil connected under the sea, thus few Australian / iran vessels, & un-aware ‘kids-in-shore’ based in a ‘master~any CDC’ not our times a tough 2/0, ch/off, master same as a PhD almost 75% plus 80% even navy course’s.

sad but even still ~ time’s are changing, salary is too low due to even an Canadian / American pizza boy simple an hour 16 an hour…years ago capt/ch.eng if british pounds 15,000 [20 years ago] so get the Rs.10 Lacs is too low by our Indian brain’s,….today chemical / gas tankers are maximum $10,000 if 3~4 MONTHLY ARE NOTHING GREAT

well brother’s: seem’s a tiny or large war soon, as ISI VIA “Pak” trouble plus china time’s are changing bad to worse….thus no part..dangerous, so far India is better thus
stick to shore company or shore-jobs…nautical course is…but few ships..then when will India start *coastal rivers…Hmm..was so far cow / buffalo / chicken / pork / dandling vande etc.. our minister’s / corporaters
so-far-just-gassing, really nothing changed in the last 3 years

PM N.MODI : have a master & chief eng. then think of ports & Inland [ India~like America ] we have the sea-BUT Merchant Navy is gone down why ask the DGS & MMD boys are doing then the certificate is pushing, need fast-action, see the old ONGC Samudra ‘game’ get new offshore vessel’s, oil-spills, improve hoogly river, [BORE] clean ALL rivers [not just gassing & DIRTY/TOXIC ] only masters / chief engineers understand Indian river’s, [in the monsoon is rubbish in the mumbai due high sea’s-tried what happened ‘zero’]

30 years-in gesco,neptune oriont, ubland, dynacom, seearland, etc..then O.N.G.C./Ambuja then a small ship too, then trained 5000 mmd approved officers/crew-too much bribing; thus fed-up just my dog, cat, pet’s; avoid sailing….as ashore job’s by tiny-lost in-charge; plus ‘game’ of contract’s
shipping is finished !

harare / somalia & pirate’s british / cadets all are now understanding by the silly shore-jobs paperwork & ISO/ISI rubbish now using Bangladeshi crew even Philippine’s not getting jobs ~ the game as large container & oil is in underwater pipes (few chemical tankers surviving) only experienced masters // chief engineers n.sea or mexico even dp vessels no jobs in the arabian gulf thus shipping by ‘ancient daft shift to gesco…shore OCIMF/Etc ideas even training is down ?

1st have the master & ch/engineer must be independent NOT shore-Daft idiots
next free food is nothing~that in stale issue,
the job must be double of what safely by my crew/officers is today AS tax/dangerous bangladesh/nigeria/somalia/suez/HAITI/jamaica etc I hv done all by my crew SAFELY
